Update to Single Well App

For Premium and API subscribers, we have moved much of the Single Well app functionality to an HTML-based page that is fed from our API service.

Users can now authenticate from our Well-Explorer login page, filter the well you’d like to get more information on and then view that well information.

These filters are reactive, and can be reset by just selecting the All option. Once an API is selected, a link is generated that will open up and display all of the relevant well information.
